While we apply industry best practices and proven strategies, marketing outcomes depend on various factors, including market competition, industry trends, and platform changes. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., sales, conversions, ad performance).
3. Corrections in Case of Errors
If a mistake occurs on our part (e.g., misconfiguration of a campaign, technical errors in setup), we will review and address the issue where reasonable. However, this does not include situations where results do not meet expectations or strategies do not perform as hoped.
4. Client Responsibility for Managed Accounts
Once an account is set up and handed over to the client, we are not responsible for any changes, mismanagement, or performance issues resulting from client-side actions or lack of maintenance.
5. Dispute Handling
If you have concerns about a service provided, you may contact us at Goodsmartidea.com/contact within 3 days of project completion. We will assess the situation and determine whether any further action is necessary at our discretion.
