The model uses OCR plus structured extraction to pull names, dates, dollar amounts, IDs, and line items, then pushes them into your CRM, EHR, billing system, or spreadsheet. We add validation rules so weird-looking entries (mismatched zip codes, impossible dates) get flagged for human review instead of polluting your database.
